TSV/TSH Series for Basket Travel T-shock 



Hardy TSV&TSH series Thermal Shock Chamber is an effective tool in subjecting products to a thermal shock test by a specimen basket traveling and socking automatically between two pre-heat or pre-cool work zones. Thermal shock chamber come in a variety of performance configurations to meet specific and critical testing needs compared with TS series.



Two types of chambers distinguished by traveling direction are provided:



TSV chamber has two independently controlled hot and cold zones; Normally hot zone atop the cold zone. A specimen carrier moves vertically between each zone, subjecting the specimens to dramatic changes in temperature. An advantage of the vertical orientation chamber is that it gives few footprints making it ideal for smaller labs. It is also the most popular design of all types of thermal shock chamber.



TSH chambers has two independently controlled hot and cold zones; One zone is aside by another. A specimen carrier moves horizontally between each zone, subjecting the specimens to dramatic changes in temperature. A horizontal orientation chamber is designed mostly for a heavy load or a big product. It's also an ideal solution for the lab which is not tall enough for the TSV series. 



A walk in thermal shock room with more than 10m³ traveling basket is available.
