Having Dedicated Lines for Acetate, Metal and Injection
We have now established stable production lines and divided into three main lines which are acetate, metal and injection.

• Acetate: Mazzucchelli level quality material with newest updated CAD system to process with 99.9 percent precision supported and supervised by experienced staff and quality control division
• Metal: titanium, stainless steel, copper with high quality plating and painting system handling nontoxic, biocompability and nickel free, with accessories division providing metal accessories pieces Swarovski and Sczech quality level to support our acetate and injection lines
• Injection: plastic injection line with high quality ultem, PC and TR-90 memorial Plastic with professional spray and computerized painting system. Double injection technology using EMS material for kid frames
